This property boasts two bedrooms, with one king-size bed in the first bedroom and another queen-size bed in the second and 2 full bathrooms. The top amenities include a stunning mountain view, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, free parking on premises, and high-speed wifi.

- A rental agreement is to be signed -IMPORTANT! This Unit is DOG friendly. $100 pet fee is due at the time of reservation. No other pets of any type are allowed. Only 1 dog up to 50 lbs or 2 small dogs weighing 50 lbs together are allowed per unit and the following breeds are restricted by the insurance company: Rottweiler, Doberman, Great Dane, Chow, Pit Bull and German Shepherds. -We can sometimes accommodate early check in/out for a $50 fee -Fireplace season is October 15-April 7. Our neighborhood is bordering a national forest and The Porch is surrounded by forest trees. There might be a cobweb or a bug here and there in the porches. We use pet friendly pest control and not harmful to honey bees. Occasionally you might see a fox, deer or other wildlife

There is designated parking for at least two cars with opportunities for more. (just ask the host). While there is plenty of parking in downtown Helen, walking to downtown is a nice option. The Hardman historical trail is a 5 min. walk away, as are Helen's Welcome Center and Waterpark.
