-Car plates info need to be emailed days before check in. You need special passes to enter in the gated community. -Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in. -This Unit is DOG friendly. No other pets of any type are allowed. There is a $100 Pet Fee due when you book a reservation. Only 1 dog up to 50lbs or 2 small dogs weighing 50 lbs together are allowed and the following breeds are restricted by the insurance company: Rottweiler, Doberman, Great Dane, Chow, Pit Bull and German Shepherds. -We can sometimes accommodate early check in/outs for a $50 fee Fireplace season is October 15-April 7. Our neighborhood is bordering a national forest and The Porch is surrounded by forest trees. There might be a cobweb or a bug here and there in the porches. We use pet friendly pest control and not harmful to honey bees. Occasionally you might see a fox, deer or other wildlife.

There is designated parking for 2 cars with opportunities for more. Please ask host for more parking. Walking to downtown Helen is a nice option. Historic Hardman trail is a 5 min walk down the hill(take a left at Innsbruck Main Gate) as are Helen's Welcome Center and Waterpark.
